Stavian Chemical is honored to be official delegates joining the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress

Recently, in 04 days (November 30 - December 3, 2023), the 13th Vietnam Trade Union Congress, term 2023 - 2028, took place at the National Convention Center, Hanoi, with the participation of 1,100 official delegates. Attending the Congress, Stavian Chemical Joint Stock Company (Stavian Chemical) is honored to be one of 12 official delegates of the Hung Yen Provincial Delegation, representing nearly 200,000 officials, union members and workers in the province, bringing their will and aspirations to the Congress.

During the past term, facing many difficulties and challenges, the Vietnam Trade Union continued to innovate in organization, content, and operating methods, completing and exceeding many targets of the 12th Congress of the Trade Union’s resolution. Understanding the spirit of Resolution No. 02/NQ-TW of the Politburo on innovating the organization and operation of the Vietnam Trade Union in the new situation, Stavian Chemical is proud to be one of the typical enterprises implementing effectively and building and improving the spiritual and cultural life and health of employees. In addition, Stavian Chemical always promotes corporate culture, helping employees become aware of the importance of building and developing corporate culture and being motivated to strive and innovate when performing assigned tasks.

In the near future, Stavian Chemical will continue to innovate and operate a sustainable business, be a necessary and reliable support for workers, and contribute more economic and social value to Hung Yen province in particular and Vietnam in general.
